It is mandatory that all issues raised by Tamura Environmental be legally and satisfactorily resolved before any approval be considered?

In regards to the mine reopening, please be sure to consider the information from Tamura Environmental. I read the document they provided and it raised many serious concerns about air, water and traffic.
